How will my order be sent?
Directly when your order has been sent from our warehouse will you receive a tracking number from the carrier and a calculated delivery day. The carrier will make two delivery attempts of your order before it's returned. If you have questions regarding the delivery or have not receive information regarding your order/delivery please contact our customer service.
If you do not receive any information regarding your order after it has been sent please contact our customer service.

How long is the delivery time?
Normaly we ship out all orders within 1-2 businessdays and delivery within 2-8 businessdays to most countries. For an better estimated delivery time please contact our customer service.
What fright alternatives do you have?
For Sweden we use DHL and delivery to service points for pick up and companies UPS. The carrier for the rest of the world are FedEx or UPS. If you would like to know the carrier for your country please contact our customer service.
